1. Acceptance
By accessing or using UpDown Charts (“the Service”) at updowncharts.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service Is
UpDown Charts is a real-time data visualization and charting tool. It displays publicly available price feeds and Polymarket UP/DOWN market data (order books, probabilities, and derived charts) for informational purposes. The Service is not a broker, exchange, wallet, or betting platform. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or execute trades, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket.
3. No Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is provided “as is” without warranty. Any decisions you make are your own responsibility, and trading or participating in prediction markets carries risk of loss.
4. Not a Gambling Service
The Service does not operate prediction markets, accept bets, or facilitate any gambling activity. It only visualizes third-party market data. Your use of any external prediction market is governed solely by that third party's terms and the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Accounts
Accounts are created and secured through Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Paid tiers are purchased with cryptocurrency through NOWPayments as fixed-term, one-time payments (they do not auto-renew). Access is granted for the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, overload, scrape beyond documented limits, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service or its data except as permitted by your plan. Premium API and MCP access is subject to per-key rate limits, which we may enforce, throttle, or revoke to protect the Service.
8. Third-Party Data
Price and market data originate from third parties (including Binance, Pyth, Chainlink, and Polymarket). We do not own this data and make no guarantee of its accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes and Contact
