Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with UpDown Charts. If a paid subscription isn't right for you, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, calculated on an unused-period basis.

Eligibility

• Requests made within 7 days of the purchase date are eligible. If you have not used the Service during that window, you receive a full refund; otherwise we refund the unused portion of the paid period.
• Requests made after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
• Premium API/MCP usage that has already been consumed (requests billed against your key) is non-refundable.

Cryptocurrency Refunds

Because payments are made in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments, refunds are issued in cryptocurrency (or a USD-pegged stablecoin equivalent where practical) to a wallet address you provide. Network (gas) fees may be deducted, and the crypto amount refunded reflects exchange-rate movement between purchase and refund. We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address you supply.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@updowncharts.com from your account email with your payment reference (order ID or transaction hash) and the wallet address for the refund. We typically process eligible refunds within 7 business days of confirming the request.
