What is a Polymarket up-or-down market?
It is a market that resolves on the crypto price at the end of a fixed window: close above open resolves UP, and a tie resolves DOWN. Each asset runs a fresh epoch every 5 minutes, 15 minutes, hour, or 4 hours.
Which assets and timeframes are covered?
Seven assets — BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE, BNB and HYPE — across four timeframes (5m, 15m, 1h, 4h), which is 28 markets in total. Free accounts see live BTC 15m only; Pro and Premium cover all 28. Browse all 28 markets →
What does Premium add over Pro?
Premium adds a REST API and a hosted MCP server on top of everything in Pro, rate limited to 100 requests per minute and 50,000 per day. It also includes API key management and programmatic access to all 28 markets.
How do payments work?
Paid plans are one-time cryptocurrency payments through NOWPayments, with no automatic renewal. You buy 30 days or 365 days of access and pay again when you want to extend.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase, calculated on the unused portion of the paid period. Refunds are issued in crypto to a wallet address you provide; email support@updowncharts.com with your order ID or transaction hash.
How much history is retained?
Tick data is retained for 90 days, and Pro and Premium accounts can navigate the full retained window by epoch or calendar date. Free accounts only see the current live epoch.
